Park Rules - Conditions of Entry

Accepting and adhering to the rules are a condition of entry to the park. The rules exist to make the park as safe as possible for everyone.

1. Tickets will not be issued. Riders will be allowed entry based on payment following receipt of signed waiver on first visit, spectators will be allowed entry based on signing of waiver. You must comply with the Terms and Conditions appearing on the waiver form signed by you or on your behalf.
2. You must comply with all signs, instructions and directions regulating entry including the Rules of the Park.
3. You must comply with all directions of all Monster staff, police, security personnel and officials.
4. No unsealed drink containers to be taken into Monster Skate Park.
5. No alcohol may be taken into Monster Skate Park.
6. No glass receptacles are permitted in Monster Skate Park.
7. No gang colours, patches or other items that signify gang membership.
8. No illegal substances may be brought into Monster Skate Park.
9. No weapons of any nature may be brought into Monster Skate Park.
10. No animals may be brought into Monster Skate Park.
11. No platforms or anything that can be used to erect platforms are permitted into Monster Skate Park. Nothing that will obstruct the view of patrons is allowed to be constructed. ARD Productions Pty Ltd reserves the right to determine what is unacceptable in its sole discretion.
12. No vehicular access to Monster Skate Park is permitted unless you have been provided with a vehicular pass by the event organiser.
13. Failure to comply with these Conditions may result in removal from Monster Skate Park. ARD Productions Pty Ltd reserves the right to remove you from Monster Skate Park for any conduct it, in its opinion, considers unsatisfactory.
14. You agree to release and indemnify the operator or any event organiser against any loss, damage, claim or demand (whether personal injury, death or property damage) suffered by you, the operator or any event organiser (and its officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensees and assignees) or any third party which occurs as a result (directly or indirectly) of your acts or omissions (whether negligent or otherwise) or your non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry.
15. It is a condition of your entry into Monster Skate Park that you release and indemnify any event organiser (and its officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensees and assignees), and Monster Skate Park from any loss, damage, claim or demand arising as a consequence of your attendance at Monster Skate Park.
16. You are reminded that it is your responsibility to proceed to and from Monster Skate Park safely and exercising all due care. ARD Productions Pty Ltd and Sydney Olympic Park Authority accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, death or injury arising from your journey to and from Monster Skate Park or from the parking of vehicles at Monster Skate Park.

Park Rules - General

1. All participants must complete and sign waiver in order to ride (under 18s by parent/guardian and witnessed by another person over 18)
2. All participants must wear helmets
3. All clinic participants must wear helmet, knee & elbow pads, shin/wrist guards
4. All participants must immediately cease riding ramps when wet, weather via rain, dew or other causes.
5. BMX cannot share the use of the mini ramp or street course with skateboarders and/or inliners during free-ride sessions*
6. All participants must skate/ride safely at all times and avoid collisions with other participants. Fighting or other aggressive or disruptive behaviour will result in ejection from the park.
7. No food or drink may be taken onto ramps or into ramp areas or consumed on ramps or in ramp areas. Food and drink may only be consumed in spectator areas.
8. Smoking is prohibited in Monster
9. Spectators may not use or stand on ramps or within ramp areas for any reason
10. No one under the age of six (6) is allowed to use the ramps outside of arranged clinic session.
11. Non skate or riding gear, including bags, must be kept off ramps.
12. No contests or events or photo shoots of any description may be held in the park unless organised by or with and approved by the Park itself.
13. Park management reserves the right to refuse entry to or eject anyone at any time from the park at its own discretion.
14. Suitable shoes and shirt or tee shirt must be worn at all times.

Upload your Pics - Monster Gallery Terms of Use

1. The Monster Gallery ‘Upload Your Pic’ feature is only available to Monster Website Members.
2. All images submitted can only be viewed by Monster Website Members, who must be logged into the Monster Website.
3. You must be 13 years and older to upload a pic. If you are younger ask a parent or guardian if it is OK to upload your pic first.
4. You are responsible for any pics and text that you submit and upload to the Monster Gallery, including any activity that occurs under your user name.
5. You must own the pic you are uploading. If a friend took a pic of you doing a trick, just ask your friend if it’s cool upload the pic you’re in, or get them to do it.
6. Don’t upload anything that isn't yours. Respect the copyright of others. This means don't steal pics that other people have taken and pass them off as your own. This includes pics that you've collected from across the Internet and/or images you may have scanned from magazines or other publications.
7. Copyright Infringement -If you see your pics or a pic of yourself in the Monster Gallery that you don’t want displayed (or you have not give permission to be uploaded), don't panic. It is probably just a misunderstanding and not malicious. Contact Monster and we will ask the Monster Website Member about the pic and remove it accordingly.
8. Don’t upload pics that others may find offensive or are illegal. All pics will be screened and approved first before displaying in the gallery. If you do, the Monster has the final decision so will let you know if you have crossed the line. In any serious cases or multiple offences the Monster will take appropriate action and may disable your membership.
9. Pics will wait in a queue and only appear in the gallery for a certain period of time. The Monster cannot tell you when your pic will appear in the gallery and for how long as it depends on how many submissions are received.
10. By uploading your pic you consent (give permission) to other Monster Website Members to forward your pic to a friend using the “Send to a Friend” feature. This feature is only available to Monster Website Members.
