ABOUT THE WAIVER

Every person who skates or rides at the park has to sign a waiver the first time they come to the park.

Those under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the form and then have this signature witnessed and signed by another person over 18. The parent or guardian must also complete the emergency contact details for the minor.

Monster reserves the right to review proof of identity when processing the waivers and ongoing entry into the park. Monster reserves the right to contact parents or guardians who have completed the forms.

YOU ONLY COMPLETE THE WAIVER ONCE

When you come to the park a second and third time and so on, we cross check that your waiver has been submitted.

Waivers are also available at good skate and BMX shops and at the park.. Remember, if you are under 18 and you are not coming with a parent or guardian to the park, you MUST BRING YOUR COMPLETED WAIVER OR YOU CANNOT RIDE THE RAMPS.
